Not yet Branded? Top 10 Brands for Sale

Have you ever struggled with finding a brand? Come on, be honest. We’ve all hit that point where we’ve either been thinking of a brand that we could call our own or questioning the brand we’ve tried to keep going. There are websites our there that help freelancers, like me and you, ind a brand that has already been set up. Websites such as 99designs, Brandstack, and BrandBucket have hundreds of pre-designed brands that are for sale by designers. I dare you to visit one of these websites and not spend hours going through all of the brands in amazement. Please ignore my last post of wasting time online but I seriously have spent way to much time looking through the logos of brands, trying to figure out what businesses to start up in order to be able to use it.

These sites are great for looking into even if it’s just for a good idea or two. Part of the way I work is by inspiration and these websites have provided more than enough inspiration for me and my co-workers to work on throughout the day. I’ve pick some of my favorites and posted them below. Let me know if you find some that you like…let the branding begin!

Fresh Hound - Calling all pet enthusiasts. Animal brands are always a plus in my mind because they allow you to add some personality and emotion to your logo with a mascot. I like this logo because it is simple yet sleek. The font and the logo complement each other nicley.

Agency Ink – What a cool logo! Seriously, having this brand to put towards your marketing, printing, or branding company would be fun and easy to work with. The small splash of color in the tie allows for the perfect accent.

Upstruction - Are you a contractor? This brand screams sleek and fresh construction. Applying this brand towards your local construction company symbolizes the style with the logo and uniqueness with the name.

Orange Reel – This brand would work well with most video production companies wanting to add a little bit of juice to their brand. The colors and sleek look of the logo makes this brand fun and enjoyable.

Design Mutt – Again with the animal mascot. This brand could be used for any type of design firm. Clients will find this logo and name easy to remember and will come barking your way for work…yeah, I said it.
Big a Bite – Hosting company or burger stand? This logo is a great reference to the media storage term of gigabyte which could be branded into a cloud hosting site type business. But lets not forget the juicy, double cheeseburger with perhaps wireless internet to bring the two-part logo to life. Just a thought now.

Buxio – The made up word suggest money “bucks” and the logo’s color highly suggests that this brand be used in the financial industry.

Media Labs – This brand is another one of those “fun to look at” brands that I find appealing. Whether it’s a software company or an online video site, Media Labs could be a catch name for your customers.

Paper Cups – By far the most unique logo in this batch because of the uniqueness of the drawing. I need some help deciding what to use this brand for but it wins in my book for creativity.

Harmony – This logo is both inviting to the customer and shows perhaps the “green” side of you. This brand could be used for many different industries and businesses. You pick :)
